I completely understand if you need to cancel or reschedule, but please let me know as early as possible, as I keep that specific time reserved just for you. While I do not charge a cancellation fee, if cancellations or reschedules happen more than once, I’ll require a full non-refundable deposit for any future bookings to secure your spot. If your behavior is disrespectful - such as no-shows without notice or letting me know at the last minute to cancel/reschedule - I reserve the right to refuse any future appointments, even if you want to send a deposit for next time. Your respect for my time and communication is important, and if it's not there, I won’t be willing to see you at all, regardless of the deposit.
